There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 301(HSS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 301(HSS) was read the third time. **The presence of Representative Neuman was noted. The question being: "Shall CSHB 301(HSS) pass the House?" Representative Tuck later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HB 301, and reconsideration was taken up then.
